European Carton Excellence Award 2019 - Platin for MMP

At this year's European Carton Excellence Award, Europe's most important competition for cartonboard packaging, MMP Austria received a platinum award for a packaging commissioned by the customer Sonnentor.

At the Award Gala at the ECMA Congress in Malta, the winners of this year's award were again for outstanding cardboard packaging solutions in the various market segments - from everyday food packaging to medicines and luxury goods.

Manuka Drops - Healthy and Safe Packaging

The customer's requirement for the packaging solution was a resealable, secure blister package in a handy size that could include a product description. The pure Manuka Honey drops required natural haptic packaging - this was achieved by using uncoated cartonboard and matt varnish. The product is also secured by a blister that cannot be removed without damaging the packaging.

We are very happy about this award and congratulate MMP Austria on this innovative packaging solution!

MMP@ LUXEPACK 2019 - LUXURY WITH GREEN IMPACT

From September 30 to October 2, 2019 MMP was represented at LuxePack at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. The focus of this leading exhibition lay on packaging for high-quality luxury products, such as perfumes, cosmetics and spirits. This year, environmentally friendly packaging and sustainability dominated the presentation and discussion of current trends, in the course of which MMP presented its environmental approach to a broad audience.
