Captivating Packaging: MM Packaging Austria Refines the Praline

22.09.2021

The Austrian Confiserie Heindl relies on high-end refined packaging from MMP Austria for exquisite praline compositions.

“Finest selection” of pralines and technology
The story of every good meal begins with the selection of its ingredients, including the sweet delicacies from Confiserie Heindl: quality, freshness and innovation have always been part of the company philosophy. Only high-quality raw materials are used in the production of the pralines – because only with the best ingredients and with great attention to detail can those delicacies be made that are famous far beyond national borders.
However, Heindl does not only focus on high quality and exclusivity when it comes to the choice of ingredients for its “Finest Selection” praline composition, a confectionery mix made from whole milk and delicate dark chocolate, but of course also when it comes to selecting its suppliers. This is why MM Packaging Austria was selected as a long-term business partner and specialist from the premium packaging industry to make this unique packaging.

The highly refined praline packaging from MMP Austria is unique on the market

Packaging as soft as silk – unique on the market
The technical requirements for the finishing of packaging in the premium packaging industry are sometimes the highest on the market. The highly refined praline packaging demonstrates this perfectly. Almost all high-end finishing effects and the concentrated expertise of further processing technology are used on just one single package: while the entire front is covered with a soft-touch lacquer and feels soft and supple, the back is finished with gloss varnish to round off the high-quality look of this elegant folding box. The filigree, golden lines on the front are achieved by means of micro-embossing from hot foil, are an absolute highlight in terms of appearance and feel, and as such unique on the market.

“The high demands that we place on the quality of our products must also be reflected in the value of the packaging and appeal to the customer immediately. With the composition of the finest selection, we sell a range of fine chocolates and MMP the entire range of finishing technologies. Luxury that you can see and taste!”, says Andreas Heindl, Managing Director at Confiserie Heindl.

The complex combination of lacquers, effects and hot foil stamping on packaging is only implemented in this form at MMP Austria. Another important step towards a high-performance location for the premium market.
