- Second Rotogravure Line to start in April

- Third Line scheduled end 2007

Just a few months after the start up of a new 10 colour rotogravure line at its recently completed second cigarette packaging site in Cherkassy, Ukraine, MM Packaging again accelerates its speed of expansion. A second rotogravure machine shall already be commissioned in April of this year. And a third line is scheduled for end 2007.

For already more than 10 years, MM Packaging’s Ukrainian cigarette packaging operations have gained a strong hold in the market. The current rotogravure expansion programme, however, marks a historic mile stone, as the Company offers now outstanding capacities in all three technologies (rotogravure, flexo, offset) from its two Ukrainian facilities.

This broadened technological competence as well as highest service levels relating to quality, lead times and flexibility will benefit customers in a new unparalleled dimension with the overall target to deepen and expand customer relations in the wider market region.
