Foil Stamping Flat

This is the basic form of foiling. The areas covered with the transferred colour or metallic coat of foil lie flat on the substrate. Ideally, the print and the surface of the substrate form a plane; however, in practice it differs depending on the thickness and flexibility of the substrate and on the pressure required. If desired, this effect can be intensified to give a clearly deep embossed result.
